A Real Canadian Winter is on it's way!!

Compared to last year, when most of Canada had a Brown Christmas, Environment Canada is forecasting a White Christmas across most of Canada.

According to the CBC article -  Blast from the past? Coldest winter in 15 years, Environment Canada says, it's going to be cold, very cold. Hopefully, the Ottawa Canal will freeze before Winterlude, and I will be able to snowboard during my Christmas vacation.

With the warm spell that had dominated our winters for the past few years, where everyone got used to fairly warm temperatures, this year is going to be a 'blast from the past' - a reminder of what a Canadian Winters are really like.
