Birds on a wire

Description:
On a relatively warm, overcast, winter day, sparrows and pigeons were sharing space on a wire. I waited patiently to see if I could catch some of them in flight, but none of them left. I think gloominess in the picture comes across a lot better because of the stillness of the subjects.
Post Production Details:
Very basic post production work. Changed the image to black and white, although the original didn't have very much colour to begin with. Adjusted the curves to darken the subjects and lighten the sky. A little bit of cropping.
