Same here... I'm all for the eye candy. This day in age, you have to make it look good for it to attract any audience... and that goes for any thing. (Check out this sexy electric car - Tesla Roadster)

I'm not on a Mac, so I can't get the ImageWell software that you pointed out... but that's why I have GIMP and Photoshop for... But that software would be really handy for quick things, where I don't need to fireup memory hungry Photoshop for... to bad I'm on Win XP.

As for organization, I started of with just a YYYYMMDD_filename.jpg format...But I might move to folders with YYYY/MM/filename.jpg... just so that the one image folder doesn't have thousands of files in it. Thanks for the tip..
